Custom orders and orders that require hallmarking take longer. You should generally allow 2 weeks for anything that requires hallmarking.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I have no control and am not responsible for any delays in customs.
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges but ask that you contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the item to me within 30 days from delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
