When ordering a bangle it helps to double check the size you require. A good guide is to measure the internal diameter of a bangle that fits you or try this:

using a piece of string or measuring tape, clench your fist with your thumb tucked in.

Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your hand. Keep the tape tight, it shouldn’t be loose – you are looking to get a measurement of the smallest you can make your wrist.

Make a note of the size, or mark the string and measure against a ruler.

This measurement gives you the circumference

Small is 60 mm diameter/ 18.9 cm circumference

Medium is 65 mm diameter/ 20.4 cm circumference

Large is 70 mm diameter/ 22 cm circumference
