I have set a stunning piece of natural sea glass into an 18 ct gold bezel backed with sterling silver.
The pendant has been hung onto a delicate gold fill satellite chain with tiny beads and is 45 cm in length.
This is a beautiful piece of natural sea glass found on the dramatic coastline in County Durham in the north east of the UK. Known as a Seaham multi it probably originated from the Victorian glass works on the cliffs at Seaham where they dumped their waste daily. Seaham multis are much collected but becoming rarer. This piece is oval in shape 23 mm long and 15 mm wide. It is almost translucent at the top and graduates through a citrus yellow with a darker limey yellow eye and is perfectly complimented by the gold bezel.
The pendant is hallmarked by the London Assay office with my individual maker’s mark.
This is a unique, one off statement piece of jewellery.
I can alter the length of the chain by arrangement.
Your necklace with arrive in my branded gift box and a matching aqua organza bag.
